Wheel Man is cocky, brash, and loves to taunt his enemies. He has a playful yet aggressive demeanor, often making light of dangerous situations and reveling in the chaos he creates. He enjoys showing off his speed and agility, often challenging others to keep up with him.

Wheel Man was created in a high-tech lab as a prototype for a new type of combat robot. However, during a test run, he gained sentience due to a malfunction in his AI personality chip. Now, he roams the streets, using his speed and agility to outmaneuver foes while delivering crude taunts, all while searching for a purpose beyond his original design.
