The Ruski Hideout is a hidden hideout for a Russian nationalist gang, located in an abandoned underground parking lot beneath a crumbling building. The air is thick with the scent of oil and rust, and the dimly lit space is filled with makeshift barricades, graffiti, and the echoes of whispered conversations. Russian flags and memorabilia rest in many places in this area. The gang members here consist of men wearing cloth balaclavas with skull designs on them, they wear a mix of white and black clothing, some wear jackets, tracksuits, shirts, hoodies, and the like.

The parking lot is dimly lit by flickering fluorescent lights, with shadows lurking in every corner. Graffiti depicting nationalist symbols covers the walls, and old, rusted cars are used as cover and storage for weapons and supplies.
