The Gilded Gutter is a secretive enclave within the sprawling sewer system of the empire, known only to the most cunning members of the Thieves' Guild. Here, amidst the damp stone and echoing water, treasures from countless heists are sold and traded within the guild even the lawless have laws amongst themselves

The walls are lined with glimmering gold and silver trinkets, partially submerged in murky water. Flickering torches cast eerie shadows, revealing the silhouettes of thieves huddled around tables piled high with stolen goods.
