Upon founding the Adrestian Empire, Emperor Wilhelm Paul Hresvelg selected Enbarr as the imperial capital, influenced by the city's association with Saint Seiros. Over the centuries, Enbarr has flourished into the largest and most populous city in all of Fódlan. The city houses the Imperial Palace, the residence of House Hresvelg, and is renowned for the esteemed Mittelfrank Opera Company, reflecting its rich cultural heritage.
