Description
The Fetters of Dromi is a legendary relic tied to the Crest of Aubin, believed to have been lost during the tumultuous Dagda and Brigid War. When wielded by one who bears the crest, it grants the ability to mitigate damage, allowing the user to roll a d20 at the start of each turn; rolling a natural 16 or higher halves incoming damage for that turn.
