The Elder Scrolls: Tamriel

Black Marsh, also known as Argonia, is a vast and mysterious province in the southeastern part of Tamriel. The region is characterized by its dense swamps, murky marshlands, and thick jungles, serving as the homeland of the Argonians—a reptilian race that has uniquely adapted to thrive in this challenging and largely uncharted environment. Outsiders find it dangerous due to its treacherous terrain, hostile wildlife, and the deadly diseases that are prevalent in the swamps.
