Description
The Obsidian Maw is a vast, jagged crater formed during the last arcane bombardment of the war. The black glassy rocks constantly emit heat and faint violet smoke, while the ground trembles as if something stirs beneath. Whispers echo through the fumes, luring the reckless to their doom. Few who enter return, and those who do are never the same.
Appearance
From a distance, The Obsidian Maw appears as a massive wound in the earth, its jagged black walls glistening like shards of glass under dim light. Violet smoke drifts upward in twisting columns, glowing faintly at night. Occasional bursts of heat shimmer across the crater, and faint cracks of molten orange pulse beneath the surface, as if the land itself were breathing.
