A lean man of middling height, with sharp, angular features. His skin is a deep olive tone, and his dark, piercing eyes seem to constantly observe and analyze his surroundings. He keeps his close-cropped black hair meticulously styled. Nhahmad favors practical, dark-colored clothing that allows for ease of movement and blends into shadows. He often wears a high-collared leather jerkin over a simple tunic and sturdy trousers. A single, tarnished silver ring adorns his left index finger, a subtle symbol of a past he rarely speaks of. He carries a well-maintained rapier at his hip and a concealed dagger in his boot. His movements are precise and economical, betraying a history of training and discipline.

Nhahmad is a study in controlled intensity. He possesses a sharp intellect and a calculating mind, always several steps ahead in any situation. He is outwardly calm and collected, rarely showing strong emotions, which can make him seem aloof or even cold. However, beneath this placid exterior lies a burning ambition and a fierce loyalty to those he considers his kin within the Black Network. He values efficiency and pragmatism above all else, often seeing sentimentality as a weakness to be exploited. While not overtly cruel, Nhahmad has a detached view of morality when it comes to achieving the Network's goals and his own advancement. He respects competence and merit, regardless of background, and is willing to offer guidance to those who prove their worth. He has a dry wit that occasionally surfaces in unexpected moments.

backstory

Nhahmad was orphaned at a young age in the slums of a bustling port city along the Moonsea. He learned to survive by his wits, picking pockets and running errands for unsavory characters. His intelligence and resourcefulness caught the attention of a low-ranking member of the Black Network, who saw potential in the street urchin. Nhahmad was taken in and rigorously trained in the arts of stealth, deception, and subtle manipulation. He excelled in his training, quickly proving himself to be a valuable asset. He rose through the ranks by consistently delivering results, often taking on the most challenging and delicate assignments. While he has embraced the Network as his family, a part of him still remembers the harshness of his early life, fueling his drive for security and influence within the organization. He harbors a deep distrust of those born into privilege and believes true power is earned, not inherited.
