She serves as the patron of druids and rangers within the Faerûnian and Finnish pantheons. Once the goddess of autumn, she lost that domain to Myrkul during the Second Sundering. Mielikki is known by various names, including Khelliara in Rashemen and Khalreshaar on Evermeet. Her divine realm is the Grove of the Unicorns, located in the Beastlands, where she resides alongside Silvanus, the Oak-Father. Mielikki's presence is felt in the wilderness, where she nurtures and protects nature, healing the injured and fostering life. Though she is seen as distant and spiritual, her fierce loyalty to her friends and allies is unwavering. Mielikki's relationships with other nature deities, such as Chauntea and Eldath, reflect her nurturing spirit and commitment to the balance of nature.
