backstory
Edgra Durmoot is the Speaker of Dougan's Hole, one of the Ten Towns in Icewind Dale. She is a seasoned trapper who has lived a hard life in the harsh northern wilderness, evident from her scarred skin and worn appearance. Edgra is known for being gruff and outspoken, though not particularly talkative. She values the survival and well-being of her town above all and tends to disregard the politics and council meetings of the other Ten Towns, especially during the warmer months when she focuses on her trapping and local affairs.
