Within, the city hums with the relentless rhythm of mining, its forges churning out seemingly endless iron and, more impressively, adamantine weaponry and armor crafted from Tuern's rare ore. A generation-long war with the duergar of Deepkingdom has hardened its defenses, and the city maintains a staunch isolation, relying on traders for external needs. Entry into the vale is fiercely contested, with patrols swiftly dispatching any who dare trespass past the clearly marked boundaries bearing the anvil and diamond sigil.
