Its headquarters lies beneath the Docks District in a heavily warded compound accessible only through disguised entrances and guarded tunnels. The Guild's influence reaches even into the Council of Six, though such ties are never openly acknowledged. Recruits and initiates are constantly tested through betrayal-laced trials, while ranking members conduct their business cloaked in code and ritual. Though they clash often with the Harpers and operate outside the law, the Cowled Wizards tend to turn a blind eye—so long as the Guild’s actions don't threaten arcane trade.
