The High Bridge over the Arkhen River is a city within a city, with homes and shops lining its length. Selgaunt's waters teem with dolphins and dangerous creatures, and the city itself is a hub of art, music, and high fashion. Ruled by the Hulorn, the city navigates a complex web of politics and trade, exporting luxury items and fine wines while importing food and stone. The city's defenses, the Scepters, patrol its streets and waters.
