Author's Note: Seriously, WIP. I'm brand new to creating stories with a toolset as big as F&F's.
Update July 15: Considered this 'finished' for now. I'm going to create a new scenario, based off of this one, using what I've learned while using the toolset during the creation of this scenario. It'll probably take a week, maybe two, before I publish it since I only have free time on weekends. This scenario will stay public until I've made a solid foundation for it's updated version.

Description
A diverse and economically varied district embodying resilience and faith, marked by gang conflicts, abandoned buildings, and strong religious presence across multiple faiths. It is a contested zone with vampire clans and lupine territories, featuring a mix of housing projects, gothic mansions, and significant occult activity.
Appearance
The area features faux pillars around doorways of older homes and apartment complexes, boarded-up buildings with red 'X' signs, vibrant churches and mosques, numerous occult and botanical shops, and the guarded Midway Airport serving as a neutral Elysium under lupine control.
