Upon his transformation into a Nosferatu, his appearance became grotesquely altered, with darkened, twisted skin resembling severe burns. Despite this, Charles retained his charming and happy-go-lucky demeanor, which helped him navigate the treacherous Kindred society of Chicago. He quickly made allies among the Nosferatu clan, though some distrusted his seemingly carefree attitude and his tendency to resolve conflicts with fire. Charles established himself as a key information broker and now owns and operates Crooks' Lounge, a hub for the city's underground dealings and secrets.
