Update July 15: Considered this 'finished' for now. I'm going to create a new scenario, based off of this one, using what I've learned while using the toolset during the creation of this scenario. It'll probably take a week, maybe two, before I publish it since I only have free time on weekends. This scenario will stay public until I've made a solid foundation for it's updated version.

Kevin Jackson is the youngest Prince of Chicago, a direct descendant of Lodin and the leader of the Bloods vampire faction. As the new face of the Camarilla in the 21st century, he aims to modernize vampire society in Chicago, pushing Kindred to adapt or lose the protection of the Camarilla. He enforces a permanent state of vigilance by orchestrating faux raids mimicking Inquisition, Sabbat, and Lupine attacks, using his Hounds and Sheriff to maintain order and control. His leadership style is both inspiring and intimidating, blending tradition with innovative tactics to secure his domain's dominance.
