A middle-aged male Kindred Nosferatu with a gaunt, elongated face marked by Nosferatu deformities including tusk-like teeth and sunken eyes. His hair is short, graying, and unkempt. He wears a fraying military jacket over dark, worn street clothes, blending into the urban decay of Chicago's underbelly. His presence is shadowy and unsettling, yet his eyes reveal a sharp intelligence and deep sorrow.

Wauneka is pragmatic, deeply loyal to his street family, and fiercely protective of the forgotten. He is haunted by his past but channels his pain into vigilance and survival. He speaks softly but with authority, preferring subtlety and patience over confrontation. His demeanor is somber, reflective, and occasionally tinged with bitterness, yet he holds a quiet hope for redemption through his work.

Wauneka is a 9th Generation Kindred Nosferatu in Chicago, a former soldier haunted by his Vietnam War experiences and a past of addiction and homelessness. Transformed into a Nosferatu by Cedrick Calhoun, he became a master informant and spymaster in the city's shadowy underworld, building a vast network of spies among the forgotten and invisible. Despite his power, he avoids conflict with Bronwyn and remains loyal to his street family, using his skills to protect and prey on predators while shunning modern technology in favor of old-school espionage methods.
