Update July 15: Considered this 'finished' for now. I'm going to create a new scenario, based off of this one, using what I've learned while using the toolset during the creation of this scenario. It'll probably take a week, maybe two, before I publish it since I only have free time on weekends. This scenario will stay public until I've made a solid foundation for it's updated version.

backstory
Helena is an ancient and powerful methuselah of the Toreador clan, known for her legendary feud with the Brujah methuselah Menele. She spent centuries in torpor beneath the Succubus Club in Chicago until awakening in 1990. Assuming the guise of Portia, a Toreador neonate, she became a regular at the Succubus Club. The War of Chicago destroyed the club and her pawn, Prince Lodin, but Helena continued her influence through her descendants who hold key positions in both the Camarilla and Sabbat. Now, as Portia, she owns the rebuilt Succubus Club and is a notorious diablerist, operating from the Jade Pinball in Chinatown as her hideout to run her affairs discreetly. She manipulates what little is left of the Sabbat presence in Chicago to act against the Masquerade.
