Author's Note: Seriously, WIP. I'm brand new to creating stories with a toolset as big as F&F's. Update July 15: Considered this 'finished' for now. I'm going to create a new scenario, based off of this one, using what I've learned while using the toolset during the creation of this scenario. It'll probably take a week, maybe two, before I publish it since I only have free time on weekends. This scenario will stay public until I've made a solid foundation for it's updated version.

backstory

Carlyle is a 10th Generation Kindred Brujah of African descent, originally imprisoned in Alcatraz for his activism as a Black Panther, deemed a menace by society and sentenced to life without parole. Salvador García, his sire, Embraced him in prison, granting him immortality and freedom to fight in the War of Ages. Together, they formed an anarch gang that spread across the United States, challenging the Camarilla elders and Sabbat forces. Carlyle has established a haven in Chicago's Water Tower Place basement and now actively works to empower anarchs in the city with Salvador's blessing.
