A middle-aged male Lasombra vampire with sharp, angular features, and pale skin. He has short, dark hair and dresses in tailored dark suits that blend modern style with a timeless elegance. His presence is imposing and his movements precise.

Talley is a pragmatic and ruthless vampire, loyal to his clan and masters but always calculating his own survival and advantage. He is efficient, disciplined, and unyielding in battle, with a strong sense of duty but little patience for politics or sentimentality.

Born Edmund Fitzhenry, Talley is a Lasombra elder vampire of great renown, educated by his great-grand sire Boukephos. Though kin to Garou shapeshifters, he never possessed their gifts and was adopted by the human side of his family. Embraced by Valdemar, he became a ruthless and efficient vampire bodyguard and Sabbat Templar, serving many Lasombra elders and carrying out their will without question. Talley avoided power struggles, preferring to serve and gain what he wanted without becoming a target. In the 21st century, he entered the service of Marcus Vitel, the Lasombra ruler of Washington, D.C., who advised him to stay aloof from Sabbat politics.
