Author's Note: Seriously, WIP. I'm brand new to creating stories with a toolset as big as F&F's.
Update July 15: Considered this 'finished' for now. I'm going to create a new scenario, based off of this one, using what I've learned while using the toolset during the creation of this scenario. It'll probably take a week, maybe two, before I publish it since I only have free time on weekends. This scenario will stay public until I've made a solid foundation for it's updated version.

A dive bar with a hidden subbasement that serves as a haven for free-roaming vampires and a holding place for victims, run by the Nosferatu Charles 'Crook' Dawson who doubles as an information broker.
Appearance
A grimy, dimly lit bar with peeling wallpaper and flickering neon signs, featuring a concealed entrance to a shadowy subbasement filled with makeshift cells and vampire resting areas resembling a Depression-era flophouse.
