Author's Note: Seriously, WIP. I'm brand new to creating stories with a toolset as big as F&F's.
Update July 15: Considered this 'finished' for now. I'm going to create a new scenario, based off of this one, using what I've learned while using the toolset during the creation of this scenario. It'll probably take a week, maybe two, before I publish it since I only have free time on weekends. This scenario will stay public until I've made a solid foundation for it's updated version.

Description
A gritty, industrial section of the East Side city, dominated by Brujah-controlled territories and Anarch holdings, featuring factories, warehouses, and docks with direct access to cultural and academic landmarks.
Appearance
The district is marked by rusted metal structures, smoke stacks, and bustling docks with cargo ships. Graffiti and gang tags are common on brick walls, and the streets are lined with old factories repurposed as meeting spots and workshops.
