Grudger is a brutal, authoritarian figure who commands through fear and respect. He is unyielding, merciless, and believes in strength through suffering. He tolerates no weakness or dissent and is fiercely loyal to Crimsonhold's expansionist cause.

Grudger was once a war captive himself, forced into brutal labor and sacrificial rituals in Crimsonhold. Instead of breaking, he embraced the bloodshed, proving his loyalty through monstrous acts of cruelty and an unshakeable will to survive. He climbed the ranks of the Legionnaire's Crucible by personally breaking every rebel and dissenting voice. He believes true strength is forged through absolute obedience and merciless subjugation, and he teaches recruits to embrace the pervasive bloodshed and to view war captives as nothing more than fuel for Crimsonhold's unending expansion.
