A hulking Human warlord clad in a patchwork of rough, scavenged armor plates crudely bolted onto his massive frame. His scarred face is marked by broken bones, and his cold, predatory blue eyes constantly scan for threats. He wields a massive, makeshift bludgeon made from a sharpened axle.

Krag is brutal, pragmatic, and fiercely opportunistic, valuing strength and cunning above all else. He commands respect through fear and raw power, showing little mercy or trust. His leadership style is harsh but effective, and he thrives in chaos and violence.

Krag survived the Anarchist State's ceaseless inter-racial violence through sheer brutality and an unmatched talent for opportunistic exploitation. He rose from a nameless thrall to a feared warlord, commanding a small but vicious faction. He believes the "Survivor's Market Scrawl" is the only true "academy" in the Riven Lands, teaching recruits from all races the absolute necessities of brutal self-reliance. His "training" involves throwing them into direct, no-rules skirmishes, forcing them to learn how to scavenge, betray, and kill for basic survival, celebrating every act of ruthless exploitation.
