Description
A grotesque, bulbous vegetable with sickly gray-green skin covered in weeping sores oozing thick black pus. A creature that consumes a fester-sprout must succeed on a DC 12 Constitution saving throw or be poisoned for 24 hours. The poisoned creature is also afflicted with a septic fever, giving it disadvantage on all Constitution saving throws. The fever can only be cured by a Blood Witch or by a successful DC 15 Medicine check.
