Description
Small, iridescent berries from a twisted, thorny vine found in corrupted areas. A creature that consumes a madness berry must succeed on a DC 16 Wisdom saving throw or suffer from a severe bout of madness, giving them disadvantage on all Intelligence and Wisdom checks for several days. A successful save means they only experience minor hallucinations for a few hours.
