The Headless Rider charges forward, passing through enemies in his path. Each creature must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw, taking 27 (6d8) necrotic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Fog of Dread

The Headless Rider can create a 20-foot radius sphere of magical fog centered on himself. Creatures within the fog must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened for 1 minute. A frightened creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns.

Spectral Charge

The Headless Rider can move up to double his walking speed in a straight line. If he ends this movement within 5 feet of a creature, that creature must succeed on a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw or take 27 (6d8) necrotic damage and be frightened until the end of their next turn.
