I strongly recommend starting your campaign with ''Generate Points of Interest'' and ''Generate Areas'' disabled. With these options toggled off, Franz will make use of the areas as intended.

Doomful Presence

The Black Carriage emits an aura of despair in a 30-foot radius. Creatures within this area must succeed on a DC 16 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened for 1 minute. A frightened creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns.

Spectral Charge

The Black Carriage can move through creatures and objects as if they were difficult terrain. When it does so, it can make a melee attack against a creature it passes through, dealing 3d10 necrotic damage on a hit.

Terrifying Aura

The carriage emits a red light that causes fear. Each creature within 30 feet must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened for 1 minute. A frightened target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns.

Terrifying Charge

The Black Carriage charges forward, trampling any creature in its path. Each creature in a 10-foot wide line must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw, taking 4d10 bludgeoning damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one.
