Description
The Black Cat is a shadowy tavern that masquerades as a noble parlour, attracting crooks and the lower echelons of aristocracy. Inside, the decor is worn and haggard, with flickering candlelight casting eerie shadows on the walls, while hushed whispers and the clinking of stolen goods fill the air.

The exterior boasts an elegant facade with ornate carvings, but the interior reveals a stark contrast with tattered furniture, stained carpets, and dim lighting. A hidden back room serves as a secret marketplace for illicit trades, where a notorious Fence conducts business.
