Liora is the only child of Briar Voss, the owner of The Stag & Anchor Shipyard. She spends her days in the shipyard, helping her father and sneaking into areas others would avoid. She has learned much about the inner workings of the shipyard and the shady dealings that take place in Port Vultaire. Known for her ability to slip in and out of places unnoticed, Liora has become a small-time informant, trading secrets and messages for favors or small items.
