An unassuming, nondescript warehouse tucked away in a corner of the harbor district. To the unknowing eye, it’s just another storehouse, but it’s actually the go-to place for purchasing explosives, gunpowder, and black market weapons. Deals here are always done in hushed tones, and a few too many barrels of powder have gone missing over the years, adding to the rumors of more sinister dealings. Keeper: Old Jeb, a grizzled and paranoid former pirate who guards the powder with his life — and knows when to use it.
The exterior is weathered and unremarkable, with a heavy wooden door and a few barred windows. Inside, the dimly lit space is cluttered with barrels and crates, some marked with warning symbols, while shadows dance in the corners, concealing the secrets of its operations.
