The Rogue Shinobi is an outcast — a ninja who has turned their back on the system, whether for revenge, principle, survival, or ambition. Cut off from the support of a village, they operate alone or within underground factions, using their freedom to learn techniques forbidden to others and pursue goals beyond the reach of law and tradition. Unbound by the rules of any Hidden Village, Rogue Shinobi are unpredictable and often deadly. Some are assassins for hire. Others are hunted fugitives.
