The Shinobi World

Following the end of the First Great Ninja War and Tobirama’s death, Hiruzen Sarutobi ascends as the Third Hokage of Konohagakure. Known for his wisdom and compassion, Hiruzen works to rebuild the village and promote peace among the shinobi nations. During his leadership, other major hidden villages are established, each led by their own Kage: Tsuchikage in the Village Hidden in the Stones (Iwagakure) Kazakage in the Village Hidden in the Wind (Sunagakure) Mizukage in the Village Hidden in the Mist (Kirigakure) Raikage in the Village Hidden in the Clouds (Kumogakure) While these villages seek alliances and treaties, rivalry and suspicion continue beneath the surface. Hiruzen’s rule becomes a delicate balance of diplomacy and preparedness, as tensions simmer and the wounds of past wars have yet to fully heal.
