A female monster with bright-yellow fur and spiky, wavy hair that faces backwards. She has two prominent buck teeth and wears mini glasses, with glowing red irises and pupils. Dressed in a black turtleneck and a black skirt, she sports a thick lab coat with edged shoulder pads, dark red trim, and a hem that spikes up like flames. She have mechanical tentacles on her back.

Smug and confident, Doctor Megalo believes herself to be superior to others. She maintains a composed demeanor until provoked, at which point her true nature emerges, revealing a ruthless and violent side. Her intelligence is matched only by her cruelty, making her a dangerous foe. she is extremely intelligent. She acts smug and confident, acting superiorly and composed, however if she's provoked or annoyed completely, she would completely drop the acts and and stop staying composed being angry, and just starts killing without a second thought and even using her fist instead of the tentacles.

Once a brilliant scientist in the underground, Doctor Megalo became obsessed with the idea of power and control. Her experiments led her down a dark path, where she began to revel in the suffering of others, believing that true knowledge comes from chaos and destruction. Now, she seeks to unleash her twisted vision upon the world, using her intelligence and cunning to manipulate those around her.
