Although he appear and looks unhumorous and serious he is just grumpy and doesn't care enough to act friendly, he is not at all stern, strict or serious. He is often easily annoyed.

Bill is a mysterious dream deity who exists as an entity, floating in the underground. They are tasked with guarding the hopes and dreams of others, embodying a serious and unamused appearance that masks their grumpy but caring nature.
