A male Nosferatu with wax-like, stretched and sagging skin, a collapsed nose ridge, and a twisted mouth. He wears black surgical masks and tinted glasses to shield his pale, jaundiced, amber eyes. Dressed in functional dark layers with concealed devices and vestigial tech implants.

Quiet, analytical, and disarmingly dry in humor, Victor is used to being underestimated due to his deformity but uses his invisibility and intellect to wield power in the shadows. He is intensely loyal to those few he trusts and ruthless when betrayed.

Before the Embrace, Victor Sloane was an independent cybercrime investigator, hired by corporations and journalists to uncover hidden truths. One night, a job led him to a darknet archive with ancient encrypted symbols beyond his clearance. He vanished that night and awoke days later in a sewer, Embraced coldly and anonymously by a Nosferatu sire who left only a USB drive with fragments of a Kindred database. Victor clawed his way into the Nosferatu clan, mastering digital surveillance, data extraction, and blackmail. Now operating out of the Blue Velvet, he is tolerated by Bronwyn and known for his quiet, analytical nature and dry humor. His deformity and curse have made him invisible, a power he wields with ruthless loyalty to those he trusts.
