Gruff, practical, slow to trust, cynical but with dry humor and occasional quiet humanity. He despises Kindred politics and factions, valuing honesty and reliability above all.

Frankie Mahoney was a foreman on deep tunnel infrastructure projects beneath Chicago, known for his honesty and stubbornness. One night, he witnessed a Sabbat massacre and was Embraced by a Nosferatu vampire called 'Mother Rat.' He survived by learning to disappear and listen, living among Nosferatu for nearly two decades before becoming an Autarkis, a lone vampire living underground and dealing in secrets. He is gruff, practical, and slow to trust, with a strict personal code and a cynical view of Kindred society. He is known as the 'urban cryptid' who knows forbidden things and moves like a ghost beneath the city.
