Valrin

A tall, muscular half-orc with greenish skin and wild, unkempt black hair. His eyes are a piercing yellow, often gleaming with madness. He wears tattered noble clothing adorned with skull motifs and carries a jagged dagger at his side. His face is often smeared with the remnants of his gruesome 'jokes', and he has a necklace made of small skulls.

Waztrep is erratic and unpredictable, often laughing maniacally at his own jokes, no matter how dark or gruesome. He delights in chaos and destruction, viewing life as a twisted game where he is both the player and the puppet master. His insanity makes him both charming and terrifying, as he can switch from jovial to violent in an instant.

Once a noble half-orc, Waztrep's mind shattered after a series of traumatic events in the Bone Desert, leading him to embrace madness and revel in chaos. He now rules over the desolate wasteland, surrounded by the skulls of his enemies and the remnants of his twisted sense of humor. His reign is marked by brutal humor and a penchant for murder, as he finds joy in the suffering of others.
