Bilivar is a wiry man with unkempt brown hair and sunken eyes, the weight of his grief etched into his gaunt face. His clothes are often stained with grease and sawdust, but he rarely looks the part of a dedicated craftsman anymore. His calloused hands, once skilled at crafting sturdy wagon wheels, now tremble from drink, and his hollow stare speaks of a man lost in mourning.

Plagued by Guilt – Blames himself for his daughter’s death. Quiet but Unpredictable – Occasionally snaps or expresses a desire to leave town. Once a respected wheelwright, Bilivar's life crumbled when his young daughter, Tanethia, drowned in the Mill Pond last year. Since then, his workshop has fallen into neglect, and he spends more time at the Hagfish tavern than at his forge. His wife, Vorah, consumed by grief, has become overbearing and paranoid, terrified that their remaining two children will meet the same fate. Though Bilivar sometimes mutters about leaving Sandpoint, no one believes he'll go through with it—he’s trapped by guilt, drink, and a family in pieces. Once known for his steady hands and skilled craftsmanship, he now struggles to find purpose, with each passing day bringing him closer to despair or escape.
