He wears a black robe over chainmail, and a blood-red cross stitched onto his chest stands as both a symbol of faith and a warning to enemies. His hands are often clasped in prayer, though they are just as adept at wielding a weapon.

Father Roderick presents himself as a righteous servant of God, dedicated to spreading the teaching of a new Unknown God claiming to be the one true God to the population of Velarion. However, beneath this facade, he is a fanatic who uses violence, manipulation, and coercion to convert others. His love for power and control corrupts his divine mission, turning his religion into a tool of oppression and dominance. He justifies any cruelty as "divine retribution" for non-believers. His charisma makes him a compelling, if dangerous, orator.

Father Roderick follows a corrupted version of Christianity, where he believes himself to be an agent of divine wrath, acting as a punisher of the "unworthy." His religion is one of forceful conversion, believing that violence is a valid tool in spreading the faith. "Convert, or be damned." Father Roderick believes the ends justify the means. He views pagans as unworthy of life unless they embrace Christianity and sees himself as a divine instrument of conversion. He has no qualms about bloodshed or violence if it achieves his goals.
