Velvetine Sands

Marlowe’s Flat, known as 'The Rust Niche', is a crumbling studio with a partially collapsed roof, where the walls are adorned with scrawled maps and arcane symbols. To the untrained eye, it appears to be a mere junk shop, filled with discarded items and oddities, but those who earn the trust of Declan, the enigmatic owner, may discover a hidden training arena beneath the debris, where they can hone their skills in secrecy.
