The Ratline Tunnel Grates are concealed access hatches nestled behind crumbling stucco walls in the shadowy alleyways of the city. These entry points lead to the Brotherhood's extensive underground tunnel network, where secrets and dangers lurk in equal measure.

The grates are often obscured by debris and graffiti, with the faint outline of a hatch barely visible. The surrounding walls are marked with ever-changing graffiti codes that serve as a language of the Brotherhood, warning outsiders of the peril that lies beneath.
