Hidden deep within the Shackle Woods, Whisperchain Refuge is a secret network of tunnels where human rebels, led by the enigmatic Brull the Chainbreaker, find sanctuary from their oppressors. This refuge is not easily accessible, as trust is only granted to those who can prove their loyalty through a series of harsh and demanding tests.

The entrance to the refuge is concealed by thick underbrush and ancient trees, with a hidden door that blends seamlessly into the forest. Inside, the tunnels are dimly lit by flickering torches, adorned with symbols of rebellion and the echoes of whispered conversations.
