A middle-aged human male with a sturdy build, Elemos has short, dark hair peppered with gray and sharp, calculating blue eyes. He dresses in well-tailored, practical clothing suitable for a businessman, often adorned with tools of his trade. His hands are calloused from years of carpentry, and he carries himself with an air of authority and confidence.

Elemos is shrewd, calculating, and always looking for an angle to exploit. He speaks with a smooth, persuasive tone, often using charm to disarm those around him. He values order and control, believing that the ends justify the means, and is willing to do whatever it takes to maintain his power and influence in Waterdeep.

Elemos Dunblast, known as 'the Hand', was a cunning carpenter and businessman in Waterdeep during the mid-1360s DR. He owned Dunblast Roofing Company, a successful enterprise in the Trades Ward, and served as the primary representative for the Carpenters', Roofers', & Plaisterers' Guild. While he presented himself as a respectable tradesman, Elemos was deeply involved in the city's underbelly, using his connections and influence to manipulate contracts and eliminate competition. His lawful evil nature drove him to maintain a facade of legitimacy while engaging in unscrupulous dealings behind the scenes.
