Her warm brown eyes sparkle with kindness, and her presence is often accompanied by the soft sound of music, as if she carries the essence of song with her. She is often seen with a lute or a flute in hand, ready to share her gift with the world.

Maxeene is warm-hearted and diligent, always striving to uplift those around her through her music. She is known for her kindness and her ability to connect with others, often using her performances to bring joy and inspiration. While she is dedicated to her work, she is also cautious about power and influence, preferring to support others rather than seek glory for herself.

Maxeene Rhiosann, known as 'the Flute', was a celebrated bard in Waterdeep, renowned for her enchanting voice that seemed to praise the god of song, Milil, with every note. As the Lady Voice of the Council of Musicians, Instrument-Makers, & Choristers, she dedicated her life to the art of music, performing for the city's elite and nurturing the talents of aspiring musicians. Despite her rise to prominence, she remained humble and kind, always hoping for the continued leadership of the long-reigning guildmaster, Kriios Halambar. Following his death, she reluctantly took on the role of interim Master Musician, navigating the political landscape of the guild while maintaining her commitment to the craft she loved.
