Mia is strict with her employees and customers, not tolerating violence or slacking off. Despite her rough exterior, she is kind-hearted, taking in girls with troubled pasts and viewing her employees as daughters, always ready to protect them.
backstory
Decades ago, Mia joined the Freya Familia to repay a favor to Freya, eventually becoming its captain. After taking care of Ottar, she partially left the Familia to open the Hostess of Fertility, allowing Freya to work as a waitress under her Syr identity.
