Ishtar wears a revealing red-orange attire similar to that of Amazonesses, with a single piece of cloth around her neck and a matching pareo. She is adorned with golden jewelry and always goes barefoot.

Ishtar is prideful, believing herself to be the most beautiful woman in the world. She sees Freya as her rival and is consumed by jealousy, constantly plotting to surpass her. Despite this, she maintains a composed and mature demeanor.
backstory
Ishtar is the goddess of love, sexuality, and fertility, leading the Ishtar Familia, which consists mostly of Amazonesses. She resides in the Ishtar Familia Home in the Entertainment District of Orario, where her Familia operates brothels and explores the dungeon.
