Familia's are now Factions with goals they each want to accomplish.

Did some rewording to the fishing and training areas within the city.

Description
This is a location where the beginner blacksmiths of the Hephaestus Familia put their weapons and armor up for sale. Since they are beginners, the weapons and armor tend to be cheap. Weapons and Armor sold here are all under 20 Valis but are also not very effective in combat due to being made by beginner blacksmiths.
Appearance
The shop features a rustic wooden exterior with a sign hanging above the door, depicting a hammer and anvil. Inside, the walls are lined with shelves displaying an array of simple weapons and armor, from crude swords to basic shields, all crafted with care but lacking in finesse.
