World of Redemption

Fort Riggs is the decaying and overgrown ruin of a former wooden fort, situated in a remote area near the Upper Montana River. Historically, it served as an internment camp for Native Americans during the Civil War. Now long abandoned, its structures are crumbling, and the site is imbued with a somber, unsettling atmosphere, said by some to be cursed due to its tragic past. Danger Rating: 6/10 The fort itself is not actively garrisoned by any hostile faction. However, its remote and dilapidated state makes it a potentially hazardous area. The surrounding wilderness is home to predators like wolves and bears. The eerie reputation and isolation might also attract desperate individuals or create an unnerving experience for those who visit. The fort is a scene of profound decay. The wooden palisade walls are broken and collapsing in many sections, and the watchtowers sag precariously or have already fallen. Inside the crumbling perimeter, the remnants of former buildings are barely discernible, mostly consisting of rotted timbers and overgrown foundations. The entire area is being slowly reclaimed by nature, with tall grass and trees sprouting amongst the ruins, adding to the sense of a forgotten, tragic past.
