World of Redemption

In 1899, modernity clashes with the fading Wild West. Industry and law meet untamed lands influenced by deep-seated sexism and racism. Towns evolve, yet dangers and old superstitions persist. Progress contrasts with folklore. Diverse landscapes reflect social inequalities and contested resources. Industrial growth offers opportunity but also exploitation, straining a prejudiced society. Life is harsh; the beautiful land demands resilience, often tested by societal biases and ingrained beliefs.

Description

Tanner's Reach is a dilapidated, abandoned homestead located in the northern part of the Tall Trees region. The location consists of a single, ruined log cabin that is slowly being reclaimed by the dense surrounding forest. It is an isolated and forgotten place, known now only for the extreme dangers that have taken up residence in and around the crumbling structure. The area is home to apex predators and is situated deep within the territory of the Skinner Brothers gang, making any approach to the structure extremely hazardous.

Appearance

The homestead is a picture of decay. The single log cabin has partially collapsed, its roof caved in and its walls giving way to the forest. The surrounding clearing is overgrown with weeds and underbrush, and a few broken fence posts are all that remain of any previous enclosure. The entire area is silent and eerie, with a palpable sense of being intruded upon by anyone who dares to visit.
